Kaori by Walter Martino (Miami, USA)

Walter Martino, known as the “Million Dollar Chef”, selected Miami for his first restaurant, confident that the city’s cosmopolitan residents and visitors would appreciate his culinary vision.

Kaori brings together nature, art and fine dining. The restaurant features 360-degree audiovisual projections using cinema technology. The content changes every 15 minutes, combining artistic and natural imagery with music to create a soft, distinctive atmosphere around the dining experience.

This unique environment is generated by 11 synchronised projectors managed through a complex audiovisual system. BGL was selected as the technology partner to design, supply and integrate the audiovisual projection and control system for Kaori by Walter Martino Bar & Restaurant in Miami.
