The large open-air commercial space, whose audiovisual equipment, signage and lighting has been carried out by the Secuoya Group company together with its technological partner, Telefónica, opened its doors on October 22.


Madrid, November 5. Located in the previous location of the Pikolín factory, the Zaragoza Outlet Tower opened its doors on October 22, making a reality the initiative that the Iberebro Group had to build a large outdoor commercial space with technology as its hallmark.

The center, with an area of ​​61,500 square meters, has different areas dedicated to fashion, restaurants, medium-sized stores and leisure. All in an industrial aesthetic with significant integrated elements such as a large fireplace or the old Pikolín tower, as well as being accompanied by the most innovative technologies.

Telefónica has been the technological partner of this project, a company that, in turn, has counted on BGL (Grupo Secuoya) as an integrating company of audiovisual equipment, signage and lighting, both architectural and spectacular.

Given its location, the Torre Outlet Zaragoza wishes to attract visitors from both the northeast of the Peninsula and the south of France, thus encouraging national and international tourism by having a wide offer accompanied by a strong technological-audiovisual section, which includes screenings and light shows on the premises, as well as a large 144-square-meter LED screen, one of the largest in Europe.
